These terms and conditions govern your use of our website; by using our website, you accept these terms and conditions in full. If you disagree with any part of these terms and conditions, do not use our website.

This page (together with our Privacy Policy, Cookies and Delivery & Returns) give you information about us and the legal terms and conditions on which we sell any of the products listed on our website to you.

These terms and conditions may be changed at any time by us and we are not under any obligation to notify you of such changes.

Product availability and description:

We try to be as specific as possible on the site about products and product availability, including, availability of size, colour, and type, a quantity of stock available, and the product description. However, while trying our best to ensure that product information on our website is correct, it is possible that the site may contain typographical errors or inaccuracies. We, therefore, reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions and to change and update information at any time without prior notice (including after you have submitted an order).

Please also note that because the colours of the products you will see on the site depend on your monitor/screen, we cannot guarantee that the display of a colour will be accurate and some colours may vary.

If you have ordered a product that is unavailable, we will inform you as soon as possible by email and give you an estimated date of when the product is due to be back in stock and available for despatch to you. Alternatively, you will be entitled to cancel your order and receive a refund from us (if your card/PayPal account has already been charged).

Prices of products are correct at the time of entering information, however, we reserve the right to change prices without prior notice (although we will inform you if any such price change affects your order).

Please note that the information provided about products on the site is for information purposes only. Please make sure you read all labels, warnings, and directions provided with the product before use.

A heightened sensitivity or an allergic reaction to a purchased product does not on its own constitute a defect. Similarly, defects of free gifts or other goods that are free of charge and were not one of your ordered goods cannot be considered grounds for complaint. Photographs on our website have an illustrative purpose and are not a binding representation of the characteristics of the product (for instance the packaging might be different due to changes on the part of the manufacturer).

Discount Codes:

We may offer discount codes from time to time. All discount codes refer to the price excluding delivery charges. Such codes may only be applied to purchases made through the account in respect of which the discount code was offered and registered and are not transferable or redeemable for cash.

Unless otherwise stated: codes are only available for future new orders placed online, cannot be used retrospectively, and can only be redeemed once per customer. Also, you cannot use more than one discount code per transaction unless we state otherwise; if we do so, the order in which the codes are to be applied is at our sole discretion. We reserve the right to reject any discount code if we consider that it is being used in breach of these terms. If you have more than one promotional code and the codes cannot be combined, it is up to you to use the promotional code that has the biggest benefit to you.

Your Account & Order:

All communication to you from Dermocosmetics.co.uk will be addressed to your email address as supplied when you register. If you do not receive a confirmation email after registering or placing an order please contact us immediately. Dermocosmetics.co.uk will not be responsible if you should fail to receive emails sent to the email address you provide when you register.

We do not store credit card details nor do we share customer details with any 3rd parties.

You accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your user ID (email) or password. We may disable your user ID (email) and password at our sole discretion. We will not pass on your details to any third party without your prior consent. We only use your personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

When you place an order you will receive an email from us confirming receipt of your order. Please check that all details are correct. If not please contact us immediately. Whilst all items are offered for sale in good faith occasionally, for reasons beyond our control, we may not be able to fulfill your order. Therefore a sale agreement will only exist between yourself and Dermocosmetics.co.uk when you receive an email confirming your order has been shipped.

If an order is cancelled at the customer's request before it is dispatched, we will make a refund minus the cost of the PayPal commission (5%).

In the case of more orders from one client, we assume the possibility of sending orders in one shipment. In this case, if there is an increase in the weight of the package, we don't return the cost of shipping.

Delivery will be complete when we deliver to the address which you specify when ordering. We may deliver different parts of your order on different dates. Unless otherwise stated, delivery dates given on our website are estimates only. We have no liability for any losses arising from delay in delivery to the extent that this is due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control and where we could not have taken reasonable steps to deal with the delay. If you receive notification of an unsuccessfully attempted delivery, it is your responsibility to use the details provided to contact the delivery company to arrange re-delivery. If nobody is available to receive the goods, we reserve the right to leave them at the doorstep, hall, or reception as available, or with a neighbour.

In accordance with Consumer Protection regulations relating to distance selling, you may cancel your order up to 14 days from the day after you receive your goods without giving any reason. Dermocosmetics.co.uk will be happy to accept the return of saleable goods if so required. See our Delivery & Returns Policy for full details. You lose the right to cancel contracts for the supply of sealed goods that are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons if they become unsealed after delivery.

We deliver to many destinations worldwide by courier. Please note that you may be subject to extra charges depending on Customs and Import regulations relating to your delivery address. You are advised to check your local regulations as they are subject to change at any time. If you decide to refuse any shipments from Dermocosmetics.co.uk, you are responsible for the original shipping charges, any duties, taxes, and/or customs charges that are incurred on the package, and the cost of returning the package to Dermocosmetics.co.uk. This amount will be deducted from your merchandise refund. Any additional customs clearance charges must be paid by you; Dermocosmetics.co.uk has no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be.

General:

Permission is granted to electronically copy and print only those areas of the site so required in the process of using the site as a shopping resource. Copying, modifying, or distributing any part or content of the site for any other reason, without prior written permission is expressly prohibited. All photographs, illustrations, and other images in our shop are subject to copyright. All information about photos, illustrations other images in our shop can be obtained by writing to us.

You undertake not to use the website in any way that causes or is likely to cause the site or access to the site to be interrupted, damaged, or impaired in any way. You must not use the site for any purpose that could damage the name of Dermocosmetics.co.uk or any goodwill attached to the same. You must not use the website for criminal, fraudulent, or illegal activity (including breaches of copyright, trademarks, patents, and/or privacy) or in any manner which would cause harm or distress to any third party.

These terms and conditions shall be governed by English law and any disputes will be decided only by the courts of the United Kingdom.
