We know you'll be eager to unwrap your new purchases, so we offer the same day dispatch. All orders received Monday to Friday before 2:00 pm each day will be shipped that same day.
UK Standard Delivery 48h - If you choose this delivery option, we aim to deliver your goods within 1 - 3 working days (this excludes weekends and bank holidays) from the day on which the order was made (when placed no later than 2 pm on a working day). This delivery option is FREE for orders over £40.
UK Special Delivery - If you choose this delivery option, we aim to deliver your goods within 1 working day (this excludes weekends and bank holidays) from the day on which the order was made when placed no later than 2 pm (14:00) on a working day. Next Working Day delivery doesn't include delivery on a Saturday. Please note that we can't guarantee that you will receive the goods within such estimated delivery times - sometimes it can take a little longer.
Republic of Ireland & Europe Standard Delivery - we currently offer a  5 - 10 working day delivery service to all Republic of Ireland & Europe customers. This is dependent on which country your order is going to. For more information on delivery timescales please contact us.
Republic of Ireland & Europe Tracked Delivery - we currently offer a  3 - 7 working day delivery service to all Republic of Ireland & Europe customers. This is dependent on which country your order is going to. For more information on delivery timescales please contact us. You will be able to track your order by entering your tracking number provided in your confirmation email. Please allow 48 hours after placing your order for tracking information to become available.
International Standard Delivery - we currently offer a 5 - 10 working day service to our customers outside Europe. This may vary depending on which country your order is being delivered to. For more information on delivery timescales please contact us. 
International Tracked Delivery - we currently offer a 5 - 10 working day service to our customers outside Europe. This may vary depending on which country your order is being delivered to. For more information on delivery timescales please contact us. You will be able to track your order by entering your tracking number provided in your confirmation email. The delivery time is counted from the moment of sending the order. If the delivery time is to be extended, additional information will appear on the store's website.
IMPORTANT: Dear customer, please note that carriers are currently experiencing delays and you may experience delays in receiving your order. Please accept our apologies and we appreciate your patience. Shipments sent through Special Delivery Service no longer have a guaranteed delivery time of 1 working day and it cannot be the reason for claims. In addition, the carriers request that, if possible, the location of a safe place and a contact phone be attached to the delivery address. This will greatly help the carrier to deliver your shipments safely.

 Returns & Replacements

We are totally committed to your positive shopping experience and thorough enjoyment of Dermocosmetics.co.uk!  
If the goods you receive are damaged or faulty in any way, or not what you originally ordered we will be happy to exchange the items (we accept only new, unused products; an open product is considered to be used - it's impossible to return such a product). Please contact us immediately to let us know of the issue. We will mail you a free pre-paid shipping label (we will not accept any return without one). Please package up your return securely, attach the prepaid label to the outside of the box and mail it back.  Any item returned must have all original parts and packaging.
When emailing about a defect, please state the following information:
  • Your order number
  • Your name
  • The nature of the defect
After processing your return, a replacement will be shipped to you free of charge. 
To return a product please contact us. You may return any item in its original condition (we accept only new, unused products in its original packaging, an open product is considered to be used - it's impossible to return such a product). We understand that everyone has different expectations and perceptions, and we want you to be completely happy with your purchase. Please remember to obtain & keep the proof of postage receipt and your tracking number. Carriage and charges for parcels are the responsibility of the customer. Goods must be returned to us at our distribution centre within 14 working days of delivery to you or notifying us of cancellation. Please ensure that the returned parcel is properly sealed. However you return your parcel, please retain your proof of postage in order to provide proof to us that you have returned the goods in the unlikely event that we do not receive the returned parcel. We cannot accept liability for returned goods lost in transit.
If you have chosen a refund for your returned product, we will process the calculated refund within fourteen (14) days of receiving your returned goods provided that you have returned the goods to us in their original condition at our distribution centre within 14 working days from delivery to you or you notifying us of cancellation. You will receive email notification of your refund from our Customer Service Team. If you have requested an exchange or replacement, this will be processed within approx. 7 working days of receiving your returned goods and will be delivered via standard delivery.
The shipment should be checked in the presence of the carrier. In the event that the shipment with the order will be damaged/destroyed during delivery, it is necessary to order the carrier to write a record of the damage. 
All sales are final upon delivery.
